    We were first time homebuyers and newcomer to Canada, Andrew was patient, understanding and reasonable with us especially when we disagreed in French (me and my husband) and to our surprise he understood our conversation and he knew how to deal with the situation. It was nice to have someone who worked around our schedules as we were searching for our first home. 

    Our wish list was very long and we were not to comprise on area. The service and personal attention we received from him was exceptional, he is highly knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. He listens and pays attention to our needs and does not waste our time. We like that Andrew took the time and opportunity to educate us on the process of buying a house as well as understanding the features of Canadians houses, compared to concrete houses that we are used to. He pointed out the various costs of ownership and helped in making good decisions and investment with a human approach. He possess a wealth of experience in a many fields and has lots of referral from lawyer, home inspection to handyman, Each time we visited a property, Andrew provided lots of suggestion on how we could create an inviting and pleasing home environment. Andrew knows how to accentuate the positive, and making the human connections that go a long way. He patiently goes through listings and explained in details the features as well as answering to our many questions without being annoyed. As the market was always crazy going up and down, it made the house hunt really hard, we made 3 different offers and each time it was very stressful but Andrew was calm and very encouraging. He guided us with the most precious advice as we were always trapped in multiple offers. 

    It's a real pleasure to recommend him to anyone contemplating buying or selling a home. We are convinced Andrew will do his very better to help you in this life changing move. We could not have asked for a better Sales representative to guide us through the process. We couldn't be happier with the home we found with his expertise, perfect size and area we were looking for and the kids loved it.

    Sold my condo on Elm Drive W. in Mississauga

    "When I found myself looking for a home on my own in the spring of 2008, a very good friend recommended Andrew to me.  I trusted this person's judgement implicitly and was not disappointed.

     

    I met with Andrew at his office one evening, on my schedule, and we connected on an agent/client basis immediately.  Andrew really listened to me when I told him what I was looking for and the area I wanted to live in.  As I was moving from a high-end executive townhome, I had some pretty specific items on my list that were important to me.

     

    Andrew worked very hard to help me find the right place, at the right price for my budget.  He understood my needs so well that he could tell upon entering a home, whether I would consider it or not!!  Together we found the perfect place for me and a few short weeks later I found myself with a beautiful townhome, located on a ravine, and just a few steps from the friend who had recommended him in the first place.  Not only did Andrew serve me well as an agent, he even came in and helped me with some minor repairs that needed to be done!!  Now that's going above and beyond!

     

    In the summer of 2010 due to some life/job changes I decided to sell my home and move closer to my work in the city.  I of course called Andrew.  We met and he advised me on the best way to market the house.  He listed it and I had a solid offer within 4 days!  His counsel and friendship are very valuable to me!"

    Hard working, reliable, intelligent” is how I would describe Andrew. Never discouraged. Continually optimistic. Being incredibly particular, I was not about to settle: it had to be utterly unique, exquisitely charming, and oozing with character. It also had to be located in the most desirable neighbourhood, as well as be conservatively priced. A tall order, indeed! But we found it, and it was perfect. Andrew acted quickly and negotiated well. Bravo Andrew!
